The return request must be raised within 24 hours of order delivery.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or opened product.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging (if return is approved).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
